I have been a resident at 4 Sussex st since May 2013. I like the fact that the apartment came completely furnished including the kitchenette.

The room is relatively noise proof. Its very safe and private; with space to park bikes and clothing line. Recycling is pretty on point. Premises is always clean and love the small herb garden.

Here, People are kind, shops are nearby, rent is not exorbitant and I cant see myself living anywhere else.
